What information does a job seeker share with a Talent Network?

When a job seeker wants to join a Talent Network, they must share their USAJOBS profile. If they don't have one, we'll ask them to create a USAJOBS profile.

We'll share some information from their profile with you. You can see their current location, selected hiring paths, highest GS level of a federal position they've had (if applicable) and any job preferences they have (appointment type, work schedule, desired locations, etc.). They can also share a resume with the Talent Network.
