What is a Talent Network and why should I use it?

Talent Networks are for broad, far-reaching recruitment efforts and can help you create a pipeline of job seekers interested in working for the federal government. You can create a Talent Network for your agency or around a specific career field or hiring effort.

For example, if you're hosting a job fair, you can create a Talent Network. Job seekers can share their email right there at your event. You can later message job seekers in your Talent Network about open jobs and encourage them to apply.

Job seekers share their name, email address and a USAJOBS profile with your Talent Network.
