What is the recruitment metrics report?

The ATP recruitment metrics report provides data-driven insights into your agency’s recruitment activities. This report helps:

  • Find out where applicants drop out of the process.
  • Evaluate how effectively your ATP campaigns attract candidates and get them to apply.
  • Assess hiring efficiency by seeing your time-to-fill and time-to-apply rates.
  • Refine your hiring and recruitment tactics to meet agency workforce goals.

Right now, the report only tracks ATP Campaigns tied to a job announcement and with hiring selections made within the USA Staffing Talent Acquisition System (TAS). If your agency uses a TAS other than USA Staffing, you will not see your agency’s data. We may add data to report on other features like Events, Talent Pools, Talent Programs or Resume Search in future releases.
