Changes made June 20, 2025

Campaigns

  • Added the option to add a job announcement number and the error messages required if incorrect numbers are added.
  • Revised the Campaign tab by renaming and reorganizing the components in the dropdown menu.

Bug fixes

  • Added an error message in talent programs if the user says they are not and never have been a federal employee.

Talent networks

  • Added dropdown menu to Talent network agency page displaying all agencies with Talent networks in draft or published states.
  • The date a candidate leaves a Talent network is now recorded and stored.
  • Candidates who have not shared their USAJOBS profile with a Talent network they’ve joined will now receive an email reminding them to do so.

Talent pools

  • Revised instructional text on Manage talent pool page.

Administration

  • Added a new informational column to CGA and CSA reports displaying the name of the person who archived a talent pool.

  • Candidates in the Pathways recent graduate and Pathways intern programs will now be automatically removed from their respective lists if they do not view the opt-in page within 60 days of receiving their program invitation.
